One of the questions we are asked a lot is will my insurance cover this? Since there are so many different plans and coverage options available, we are not able to give you a definite answer. When you arrive at your appointment we will make a copy of your insurance card and submit it appropriately to ensure you receive any benefits offered to you. (Please note that it is up to the patient to contact their insurance company directly for coverage information)
